我们仅有短短的两个星期，于是选择了最经典的一条路线：从首都乌兰巴托出发，南下横跨戈壁沙漠，再北上回到原点。全程大约2700公里长的路程，我们一天几乎行走200公里。
所见的景色除了每天一望无际的天与地之外，还包括奇特的岩石造型、峡谷中的冰川、恐龙化石的出产地、山峦起伏的沙丘、难得一见的死火山口、美丽的火山湖等。当然，还有数不尽的牛、羊、马、驼等。。。
We did the Big Loop - a 2700km classic route down south across the Gobi Desert, which can be undertaken in 2 weeks, covering a variety of landscapes including eerie rock formations, spectacular ice canyon, amazing dinosour quarry, massive sand dunes, breathtaking volcanic craters, beautiful alpine lakes, and the ancient capital Kharkhorin.
